Some of Vicky’s customers from her fitness classes moved away from the area she was teaching in. Therefore to not lose them the obvious step was to create training and fitness programmes online, so they could still take her classes.

So you own a cake shop what possible ideas could you do? LOADS!

You could start a youtube channel, slowly build a following then release an e-book with your fav cake recepies

You could offer a service where customers can book an order online – the possibilities are endless

Before launching your product online get valued customers or honest friends to test it first

Vicky got 20 quality customers to review her membership site first to give her feedback before launching it to the public.

 

  • USER EXPERIENCE

An extremely important point when building your brand online is to make sure your website is easy to navigate, clear layout, fast load time and is pleasing to the eye.

 

  • SEO & MARKETING STRATEGY

So your brand is now officially online, yay! But wait – now the hard work begins! You need potential customers to find your site through searching on google, on other people’s blogs, on social media, in the press & through word of mouth

Your website must correctly load on smartphones, iphones and tablets for 2 reasons

1) More & more people access content on their mobile phones and not computers

2) Google now penalizes sites that are not mobile optimized
